Return Policy

Our refund policy for online courses states that if a participant decides to cancel their registration, a full refund will be made if the cancellation is made within the first seven business days after purchase, provided that the course has not been viewed in any percentage. However, if the cancellation is not attributable to the institute, for example, if the participant fails to meet the technical requirements to access the course or for any other reason, no refund or reimbursement will be made.

In the case of virtual courses, we will only refund when the reason for the course cancellation is attributable to us. If it is for reasons attributable to the student, we will only refund when it is requested at least 24 hours before the date of completion of the course. This amount may be credited to any other training that the student chooses at a later date.
